# Arrangement in Canvas

The **Canvas** is the arrangement area in ACE Studio. Here, you can create, place, move, and edit all contents as clips along the timeline to create your music works.

In the canvas, each row is a track, and clips can be placed on the grid area. The interaction method of the canvas is based on selection areas, not object selection.
