# ライセンスと著作権

## 一般規約

ACE Studioは、ユーザーが生成した出力物について著作権を主張しません。

本ページにおいて特定の機能、モデル、ボイス、楽器、または第三者サービスに別途記載がない限り、ACE Studioで作成した出力物は、商用・非商用を問わずプロジェクトで使用できます。

プロンプト、歌詞、参照オーディオ、ステム、動画、その他アップロードまたは参照したコンテンツを含め、入力として提供するあらゆる素材について必要な権利を有していることを確認する責任は、ユーザーにあります。

必要な権利を有しない入力素材が提供された場合、ACE Studioは、生成される出力物が第三者からの請求を受けないことを保証できません。

このページでは、ACE Studioの各機能に関するライセンス条件、利用範囲、および例外事項について説明します。

## ボーカルシンセのボイスの使用に関するライセンス

### ロイヤリティフリーのボイス

プリメイドのボイスの大半はロイヤリティフリーです。各AIボイスにマウスオーバーすると確認できます。

ライセンス証明書が必要な場合は、AIボイスのプロフィールパネルにある「認定ライセンスを生成」ボタンをクリックしてください。ポップアップウィンドウで名前を入力して「生成」をクリックすると、PDFファイルが生成されます。

### 第三者ライセンスが必要なボイス

大半のボイスはロイヤリティフリーですが、一部のボイスは商用利用に際して原権利者から直接ライセンスを取得する必要があります。プロフィールに表示される「third-party license required」タグで確認できます。

商用ライセンスを取得するには、以下の提供元へ直接お問い合わせください。

## 生成キット

ACE Studioは、Generative Kits（Inspire Me、レイヤーを追加、Music Enhancerを含む）で生成されたオーディオについて著作権を主張しません。したがって、これらの機能で作成したオーディオは、商用・非商用を問わずあらゆる目的で使用できます。

## Video Composer

### 音楽トラック

ACE Studioは、Video Composerで生成された音楽について著作権を主張しません。したがって、この機能で作成した音楽は、商用・非商用を問わずあらゆる目的で使用できます。

### サウンドエフェクト

ACE Studioで生成した効果音は、商用・非商用を問わず使用できます。

Video ComposerおよびSound Effects Generatorで効果音生成を提供するために、第三者のAPIサービスを使用しています。
