In ACE Studio, you can create a children’s choir just by a few simple steps.
Create a choir track
First, write the main melody and edit the lyrics on the singer track.
Drag and drop a kid voice (for example, the kid voice Xi Lei, Xi Tian, Qi Xuan) on the singer track, then start the playback to hear it.
Next, right-click on this track and select “Turn into a choir track”. In the popup window, click “Create Choir”.
Then, double-click on the track head to open the track control panel, where you can shape the children’s choir.

Spread all voices out, change the space into a bigger Choir Hall, and increase the offset a little bit. You can also change the position if you want.
This will make the children’s choir sounds more nature, even if we only use the same kid voice.
You can also use different voices inside this choir track.
- Select one voice in the choir member list and use [Delete] to remove it.
- Drag and drop other voices from the voice library to the choir member list.

Add more parts
One choir track is one part of a choir, you can create more choir tracks as different parts.
Right-click on the choir track we just created, and select the “Create vocal doubles” to create 2 new tracks of the same content but with slightly differences.
Duplicating tracks only result in the exact same copy, but the double feature provides rich and natural variations in detail while avoiding the phase issues that can degrade audio quality when similar audio tracks overlap.

Click on the MIDI clip from the second and third track, edit the notes to create harmonies.

At this point, start the playback, and you will have a children’s choir.

The diversity of timbre
If you feel that the existing kid voices cannot meet the timbre diversity needs of your children’s choir, you can use the VoiceMix feature of ACE Studio to customize the timbre and singing style of each choir member in the choir tracks.
In the track control panel of one choir track, select one voice from the choir member list and open the “Blend Voices” window. You can add different voices and blend them together to create a new voice for this one choir member.
You can edit each voice of all choir members by selecting and blending one by one.
To learn more about blending voices, you can refer to VoiceMix (blend voices).
