How to Create a Children's Choir
Create a children's choir in ACE Studio using the AI Choir feature.
In ACE Studio, you can easily create a rich and natural-sounding children's choir using the powerful AI Choir feature. This guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.
Enable Choir Mode
First, lay down the foundation for your choir.
Create a vocal track and input the main melody and lyrics.
From the Voice Library, drag a child's voice model (e.g., Xi Lei, Xi Tian, or Qi Xuan) onto the track header.
Click the track header to open the track panel. Inside the panel, click the Turn on Choir Mode button.
Build Your Children's Choir
Once Choir Mode is active, you can add and arrange your singers.
Add Members: Click the + Add button within the choir panel to duplicate the current singer, instantly increasing the size of your choir.
Introduce Variety: Drag different child voice models from the Voice Library directly into the choir panel. Mixing different voices will create a more diverse and realistic texture.
Arrange Singers: Simply drag the voice avatars within the panel to reorder them.
Fine-Tune for a Natural Sound
Adjust choir settings to make your choir sound more human and spacious.
Offset: Adjusts slight timing differences between the voices, mimicking the natural imperfections of a real choir for a fuller sound.
Spread: Controls the stereo width of the choir. Increase it to make the choir sound wider and more encompassing.
Gain: Sets the volume for each individual choir member. You can click on a voice avatar to adjust its specific gain level.
Effects: To place your choir in a realistic space, we recommend enabling the Room effect. This adds reverb and creates a sense of depth. To learn more, please refer to .
Create Harmonies (Multi-part Choir)
A single choir track acts as one harmony part (e.g., the sopranos). To build a full, multi-part arrangement, you'll need multiple choir tracks.
Right-click your completed choir track and select Create vocal doubles. This is better than simply duplicating, as it creates new tracks with subtle, natural variations, avoiding audio phasing issues.
Select the MIDI clips on the newly created tracks.
Edit the notes in these clips to write your harmony parts (e.g., alto and tenor lines).
Now, when you press play, you'll hear a full, multi-part children's choir singing in harmony.
Save Your Choir as a Preset
If you've created a choir configuration you love, save it for future use.
In the track panel menu, you can Save the current choir as a preset. You can customize its name and tags for easy retrieval. Your saved preset will appear in the Choir tab of the Voice Library, ready to be dragged and dropped into any project.
Advanced: Customizing Timbre with Blend Voices
For ultimate control, you can create unique voices for each member of your choir.
In the track panel, select a choir member and expand the Blend Voices section. Here, you can mix multiple voice models together to design a completely new, custom timbre for that specific singer. Repeat this for other members to build a choir with unparalleled vocal diversity.
