Installation
A step-by-step guide on how to install ACE Studio.
Install ACE Studio
ACE Studio is a desktop application for Windows and macOS. To install ACE Studio, please follow the steps below.
Click to open the download page.
If you are a Mac user, click the For Mac button to download the installer for macOS.
If you are a Win user, click the For Win button to download the installer for Windows.
Install with One Click
After the download finishes, open the installer (from your browser's downloads list or your Downloads folder).
The installer runs automatically, installs ACE Studio, and launches it when installation completes.
If installation fails or ACE Studio does not launch, please refer to Can’t launch ACE Studio?.
System Requirements
Windows 10 or 11 (version 22H2 or later). Older versions may work but might not provide an optimal experience. Windows Update should automatically keep your system on a supported version.
macOS Ventura (13) or later, with the latest minor version installed. To learn more about the difference between updates and upgrades, see Apple's support article.
For the best experience, we recommend using ACE Studio on a reasonably modern computer. On Windows, this generally means a PC from 2020 or later equipped with an Intel Core–series or AMD Ryzen–series processor. On macOS, we recommend Apple silicon–based Macs or Intel-based Macs from the Pro lineup.
ACE Studio requires an Internet connection to run.
With cloud rendering, computers with standard configurations can easily run ACE Studio. Meanwhile, we also offer the Turbo Mode feature, which fully utilizes the computing power of your computer to significantly boost AI rendering speed on high-performance machines. For more details, please refer to Local Rendering.
Reinstall ACE Studio
You don't need to uninstall before reinstalling. Simply download and open the latest installer here, it automatically updates or reinstalls ACE Studio to the newest version.
