# ライセンスと著作権

## 一般規約

ACE Studioは、ユーザーが生成した出力物に対する著作権の所有を主張しません。

本ページで特定の機能、モデル、シンガー、楽器、または第三者サービスについて別途定められている場合を除き、ACE Studioで作成した出力物は、商用・非商用を問わずプロジェクトで使用できます。

プロンプト、歌詞、参照オーディオ、ステム、ビデオ、その他アップロードまたは参照したコンテンツを含め、入力として提供するあらゆる素材について必要な権利を有していることを確認する責任は、お客様にあります。

必要な権利を有しない入力素材が提供された場合、ACE Studioは、生成される出力物が第三者からの請求を受けないことを保証できません。

このページでは、ACE Studioの各機能に関するライセンス条項、利用範囲、および例外について説明します。

## ボーカルシンセのシンガーの利用ライセンス

### ロイヤリティフリーのシンガー

当社のプリメイドシンガーの大半はロイヤリティフリーです。各AIシンガーにマウスを合わせると確認できます。

ライセンス証明書が必要な場合は、AIシンガーのプロフィールパネルにある「Generate a certificated license」ボタンをクリックしてください。ポップアップウィンドウで名前を入力してGenerateをクリックすると、PDFファイルが生成されます。

### 第三者ライセンスが必要なシンガー

ほとんどのシンガーはロイヤリティフリーですが、一部のシンガーは商用利用にあたり、元の提供元から直接ライセンスを取得する必要があります。プロフィール上の「third-party license required」タグで識別できます。

商用ライセンスを取得するには、以下の提供元へ直接お問い合わせください。

## Video Composer

ACE Studioは、Video Composerで生成された音楽に対する著作権を一切主張しません。そのため、この機能で作成した音楽は、商用・非商用を問わずあらゆる目的で使用できます。

### サウンドエフェクト

ACE Studioで生成された効果音は、商用または非商用目的で使用できます。

Video ComposerおよびSound Effects Generatorでの効果音生成には、第三者のAPIサービスを使用しています。
