What Is Vocal to MIDI & Lyrics

With this feature, you can convert a vocal track into a MIDI clip with lyrics on each note.

If you want to start your vocal production based on an existing vocal or on the vocal you just recorded, this is the best tool for editing everything of the vocal including melody, lyrics, voice, and emotions.

Access Vocal to MIDI & Lyrics

There are 3 ways to convert Vocal to MIDI & Lyrics:

• Drag and drop an audio clip on a singer track.

• Click the "Vocal to MIDI & Lyrics" button in the left tool panel of the audio editor.

• Right click on an audio clip, select “Vocal to MIDI & lyrics” from the “AI tools” option.

In the Vocal to MIDI & Lyrics panel, you need to select the language correspoding to the content.

To use the original pitch curve from the input vocal, check the box below. Once converted, the original pitch will become the user pitch in the clip. Remember to erase the pitch curve when changing the lyrics, or the pitch will not match the new lyrics, resulting in awkward pronunciation.

• This feature is designed for acapella vocal. If the input content contains instrumental, delay effect, or reverb effect, it might not be able to convert correctly.

• The convertor can only analyze one language at a time. If your vocal contains different languages, please split the audio first, then convert them one by one.
